• 60-90 minute sessions with a cohort of up to 3 people that meet virtually, in person, on the phone or in the case of equine sessions, at the indoor horse arena at the Military First Responders Center in Louisville, Ohio. Some sessions will meet collectively with the cohort, other sessions may be private 1 on 1 consultation.
