A few things to keep in mind in using these Congruence assessments:

1. There's no such thing as 100% Congruence. It's not a thing. We're not trying to reach some sort of perfection.
2. We will naturally ebb and flow through times of more or less Congruence. This is natural and to be expected.
3. These assessments can help us be aware of areas that need attention. That way, we can continue or develop actions to support Congruence.
