A few things to keep in mind in using these Congruence assessments:

- There's no such thing as 100% Congruence. It's not a thing. We're not trying to reach some sort of perfection.
- We will naturally ebb and flow through times of more or less Congruence. This is natural and to be expected.
- These assessments can help us be aware of areas that need attention. That way, we can continue or develop actions to support Congruence.
